Electricity

Electricity here at Firs Park is provided by way of a 16amp or 32amp connection. This is all metered to the individual Holiday Home ensuring our customers only pay for what they use for their own Holiday Home. You will receive a quarterly bill to help budget the costs over the year. (standing charge?)

Water

Water here at Firs Park is also metered to each individual Holiday Home, making sure you only pay for you and your families usage.

Gas

Gas is sold by the bottle. We do also offer a delivery service for a small charge.

Holiday Homes must have a yearly gas safety test, this has to be completed by a gas safe engineer and a copy of the yearly certificate lodged with the office. We have approved engineers you can use for this to ensure your eater heater and cookers are all safe for you and your family to use. Any Holiday Homes purchases will come with a valid gas safety certificate valid for a year as well as an electrical safety test.
